This information is collected solely to manage your booking and to send you appointment-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices).
Your information is used only to schedule, confirm, remind, and otherwise service your appointments. We do not use your information for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
SMS messaging is an optional service. By providing your mobile phone number AND ticking the SMS consent box on our booking page, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Haircuts By Ezi related to your appointment. SMS consent is never required to book — you can complete a booking without opting in and your appointment will be honored. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing with subcontractors that directly support the messaging program (such as our SMS service provider, Twilio Inc.) is permitted strictly to deliver the messages you have requested. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
