Haircuts By Ezi operates an appointment booking service. We offer an optional SMS messaging program that, when you opt in, sends transactional text messages related to your appointment — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notices, and cancellation notices. This is a transactional messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
SMS messaging is entirely optional. You opt in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our public booking page at the time you submit a booking, or by sending us a text message to begin a conversation. Consent is never required to book an appointment or to purchase any goods or services — you can complete a booking without opting in, and we will simply not send you SMS confirmations or reminders.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any reschedule or cancellation notices).
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Haircuts By Ezi is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier. Please contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP keyword, we will send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up using the same method you used the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If at any time you have questions about the SMS messages, reply HELP (or INFO) to any message you receive from us. You will receive a reply with our contact information and a reminder of how to opt out. You can also reach our support team by replying directly to any message we send you, or by texting the same number you use to book appointments.
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
This messaging service is intended solely for appointment booking and related communications. Misuse of the service, including sending inappropriate or abusive content, may result in termination of access. Haircuts By Ezi reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our booking service after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
